- Prepare as required Tomato sauce
- Prepare 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Prepare 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Use 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Prepare as required Salt
Learn how to make a crispy, yet juicy gobi manchurian dry at home. Crispy Cauliflower Manchurian Preparations Firstly chop gobi/cauliflower in medium size florets. Boil water, add cauliflower florets to hot water, add salt. Pat it dry with kitchen towel and keep aside.
How to make Gobi Manchurian Dry:

- 1/. Chop the cauliflower florets into small pieces
- 2.Add salt to the florets and Place in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- 3/. Drain the water and keep it aside.
- 4/. Add flour, cornstarch, chilli powder, soy sauce water and salt.
- 5/. Mix with water to make thick smooth batter and avoid any lumps
- 6/. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
- 7/. Dip the forets in the batter and fry till light golden brown.
- For the sauce:
- 8/. In the same pan saute ginger and garlic till the aroma comes out
- 9/. Add Onion, capsicum and celery and cook till soft.

- 12/. Add Soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper to the above.
- 13/. Lastly add tomato sauce as required to the mix.
