Set the pot to Medium, Sautee and add the ground beef or turkey. Use a meat chopper to chop meat into small pieces. After the meat is fully cooked, drain the excess grease from the Instant Pot. Once the pot is hot, spray the bottom with cooking spray (or add a little oil), and add ground beef.

  1. Set the Instant Pot on Saute and brown the meat. Right before the meat is done, add the onion, garlic and mushrooms and continue to saute for approximately one minute. Turn off from saute.
