Place meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic in Slow Cooker. Add to ingredients in Slow Cooker; mix well. In the slow cooker stir in all the ingredients together, (except the meat AND the Cream Cheese). Once combined add the meat and mix together.

Step by step to make Beef stroganoff, crockpot:
  1. Heat a pan with some olive oil. Start to cook onion and garlic to they soften some. Add meat and seared sides, not cooking through
  2. Add all ingredients to crock pot stirring well add seasoning to taste…if you feel theres not enough liquid,add more broth or water until it's liquidy but not soupy.
  3. Cook on high 4 hrs. Stir frequently,test meat frequently to check level of toughness. Should be melt in mouth soft by 4 hrs.
  4. Cook egg noodles according to pkg. Keep separate until time to serve……Do not cook noodles in crockpot,they will become too mushy bc they will continue to cook.
  5. Once 4 hrs is up or you are satisfied with the meats tenderness (whichever is first) add the sour cream and mix.
  6. Serve with noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley
  7. Done and ready to serve!

Cut up the cream cheese into cubes just before serving and turn crockpot on high. Stir the cream cheese in until all combined. Add the sirloin and sprinkle with salt, dill, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a small bowl, whisk together consomme, flour and tomato paste. Pour over meat mixture; stir to combine.
