  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin

  19. Prepare 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to skillet with salt. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; saute onion and green pepper until tender. Sprinkle with the cheese, tomato and lettuce. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up.

  7. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 30 mins
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Place half of beans in a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add chopped beans, remaining beans, and corn to sour cream mixture. In a frying pan over medium high heat, brown the ground beef and onion. Cook and stir the beef and onions until evenly browned and onion begins to soften. Remove from heat and set aside.
