Beat in eggs, one at a time. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. Whisk together cake flour, cocoa, and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is incorporated, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.

  1. Seive flour salt and baking soda
  2. Mix vinegar in milk and keep aside(buttermilk)
  3. In large mixing bowl take room temperature butter and add powdered sugar beat at high speed until they both incorporated well

  5. Add oil now start adding dry mixture and buttermilk side by side and keep mixing at maximum speed
  6. Donut over beat gently mix the flour and liquid mixture now add food color and mix gently
  7. Pour the batter into cupcake liners
  8. And bake at 180°for 40 minutes
  9. Done and ready to serve!
