  7. Use 1 box Spaghetti noodles (16 oz)
  8. Use 1 bunch Divided Raw Brocolli
  9. Prepare 1 Sliced Red pepper
  10. Prepare 1 Sliced Green pepper
  11. Prepare 1 Sliced Yellow pepper
  12. Prepare 1 stick Sliced Carrots
  13. Take 1/2 cup Cut Cabbage (optional)
  14. Take 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  15. Take 1/2 cup Soy sauce

In a small bowl, stir together the sauce ingredients and set aside. Prepare chicken and vegetables and have ready. Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring, until cooked through. Discard any juices and return wok to stove-top.

  1. Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to skillet/pan. Add cut chicken breasts to heated pan. Add lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder (to taste), and 2 tablespoons of ground ginger.
