  11. In a separate skillet (or wipe out the one you just used) put some oil or butter down.
  12. Next season the shrimp with whatever you like and put them in the pan one side down.
  13. Once they look white all they way to the middle (about 1-2 minutes) flip them over to cook (another 30-40 sec)
  14. Then assemble your bowl or plate!
  15. Done and ready to serve!
