  14. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon grated Garlic

Lay the tofu in single layer over them and cover with additional paper towels. Place another baking sheet over the tofu, then place a heavy skillet or other weight on top to press. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar with a tightfitting lid and shake vigorously. Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.

How to make Fried Tofu Salad:
  1. Cut Firm Tofu to 1cm thin slices. Lightly season with Salt.
  2. Heat a generous amount Oil in a frying pan over medium low heat, cook Tofu slices until golden and crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel and allow to cool.
  3. Cut all Vegetables into thin strips or slices, and place in a mixing bowl. Cut the fried Tofu slices into thin strips and add to the bowl. Add Sesame Seeds as well.
  4. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. *Note: You may wish to add some Chilli.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix to combine, transfer to a serving plate. Add Toasted Nori on top and serve immediately.
  6. Done and ready to serve!

Brown it nicely to give it color and texture. Start by chopping the tofu into bite size pieces. To a plate add the cornflour, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix with a fork and dip the pieces of tofu to coat each side. Once the tofu pieces are coated shallow fry them on a medium to high heat so they go crispy on the outside and a golden brown colour.
