- Take 8 fluid ounces olive oil
- Prepare 6 ounces bread- diced 1 inch
- Prepare 2 ounces butter melted
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon garlic -powder or granulated
- Take 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Take 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Prepare 1 head Romaine lettuce -Washed, dried and diced in 1 inch dice
- Take 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shaved or grated
- Use 6-8 ounces Caesar dressing- add just enough to coat
- Prepare 2 cups croutons
Hand-tear the bread into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Add the olive oil, Parmesan, and thyme leaves; season with salt and pepper. Combine garlic and oil in a small saucepan. Pour oil through a fine sieve, squeeze all juice from cloves, and then discard the solids.
How to make Caesar Salad, Dressing and Croutons:
- Caesar dressing
- Combine the garlic, egg, cheese, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, anchovies, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a food processor and process for 1 minute.
- With the machine running, slowly, begin adding the oil to form an emulsion.about 1 minute slowly pouring
- Continue until all of the oil is incorporated. Then let it run for 1 more minute
- Toasted Croutons
- Dice up french bread into 1 inch pieces and toss with melted butter and seasonings for a minute of mixing so they are fully coated.
- Place on a sheet pan and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until they are Golden Brown and Delicious.

- To make salad mix just before service the lettuce,cheese,croutons and dressing add just enough to coat. Remember you can always add more dressing you can not take it away. Romaine varies in size so you will not use all of the dressing in one salad. Garnish with cheese on top:)

Place cubed baguette in a medium bowl; drizzle with garlic-infused oil. For the Caesar dressing, place all ingredients in food processor bowl. Pulse to combine, then turn machine on and stream in the EVOO. For the croutons, place EVOO in a skillet over medium heat and melt in butter, then add garlic, add bread, and toss to combine and coat evenly.
