  16. Take 1 bowl rice boiled
  17. Prepare as required oil for cooking

When the liquid comes to a boil add lemon slices. Open the lid, lightly stir the rice. Turn the flame to low and tightly seal the lid using any kitchen towel. Turn off the flame and open the lid.

Instructions to make White chana and boiled rice:
  1. Take a kadhai put oil and heat it now add cumin seeds,bay leaf,ginger- garlic paste make it golden.
  2. Now add onion and green chilli paste and dry spices pepper,cardamom,coriander,dalchini fry till golden.
  3. Now add tomato paste mix it well than add salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder and one medium spoon water.
  4. Fry it and wait till the oil come aside.
  5. Now put chana into the kadhai mix it and than add chana water.
  6. Wait for it's boils as it get little thick,now it is ready.
  7. Now serve it with boiled rice.
  8. Done and ready to serve!
