Ingredients and seasonings required for make
  1. Take 1 bowl Cooked Rice
  2. Use 2-3 Boiled Potatoes (grated)
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup Grated Cheese (Mozzarella and Processed cheese)

  5. Prepare 5 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Coriander Leaves

  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  10. Use 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

  12. Take as required Oil for frying
  13. Prepare as required Brown bread crumbs for coating
  14. Prepare for Slurry :
  15. Take 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp Maida
  17. Prepare as required Water

Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Apply oil on both your hands and divide the batter into equal parts and roll into balls. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mat.
