- Prepare 1 Shot groundnut oil
- Prepare 2 Potions egg noodles
- Prepare 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp Mirin
- Prepare 1 bunch Fresh coriander
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Combine all ingredients in another large bowl. Cut wings in half to separate drums from wings. Wash chicken in cold water and dry with a clean towel, or paper towels.
How to make:process Simple Spicy Fried Chicken Wing:
- Heat a wok whilst you season the chicken wings with salt and pepper
- Fry them for 3-4 minutes, tossing from time to time, to begin the cooking process and get a slight golden colour
- Peel and finely dice the ginger, garlic and chilli

- Stir in the tamarind, honey and 200ml of ale
- Heat to a simmer and bubble away for 10 minutes, with a lid for the first half, allow the liquid to reduce, stirring occasionally

- Slice the sugar snap peas in half lengthways
