Ingredients and seasonings required in make
  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup Basan
  2. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder

  5. Prepare Salt as your taste
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon Zeera
  7. Prepare Crash whole danyi 1/2 teàspoon
  8. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon Ajwain
  9. Prepare 1 glass Pani batter banan klya
  10. Prepare Onion3_5 slice cutting
  11. Use Green chilli 3_5 Chopped
  12. Prepare Aloo 2 _4 cutting in round shape
  13. Prepare Danyi pati 1 banch chopped
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp Flour
  15. Prepare green chilli 6_8 cut
  16. Take 1/4 tsp Baking soda

Fry on medium low heat in the beginning and when cooked increase the heat to crisp the pakoras. Turn over the pakoras in the middle to get an even brown colour on both sides. Drain on a paper towel or in a colander and then serve with your favourite chutney. Notes You can do a little taste test of the batch before making all the pakoras.

Instructions to cook Crispy pakoray:
  1. Basan me salt, chilli powder,dashi chicken powder, baking soda,flour,chilli flask,zeera,danyi,ajwain aur pani dal kar achi trah mix kar k batter bana lain
  2. Phir vegetable basan k batter mix kar k gram oil me fry kar lain aur light brown hojay to nikal lain. Now crispy pakora ready hai.
  3. Done and ready to serve!

Fry the pakoras until both sides are golden-brown. The crispy, delicious pakoras are now ready to serve. They can be stored for several days in air tight container. If oil is too hot pakoras will not be crispy; if oil is not hot enough, pakoras will be greasy. Then reduce the heat to low to let the potatoes cook properly.
