- Mix 1/4 cup cold Water with 2 tbsp Flour. Slowly add to sauce and stir until thickened.
- Slowly, blend in Sour Cream and Cream Cheese and heat. Remove pan from heat, before boiling.
- Serve over buttered Egg Noodles.
- Note: I recently made this using a few tsps of Kitchen Accomplice Beef Broth Concentrate, and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend giving it a try, in addition to using beef broth. It really intensifies the Beef flavor, and I like it better than powdered Bouillon.
