Ingredients and seasonings required in make
  1. Take 1 turkey or reg maple bacon
  2. Prepare 1 vegetable oil
  3. Prepare 5 medium sized potatoes (any kind)
  4. Take 1 french fry seasoning (spice supreme)
  5. Prepare 1 any kind of grated cheese (i used taco cheese)

When the bacon is cool, crumble and set aside. Heat the bacon grease in a large pan over medium heat. Cut up the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and dump into the hot pan. Fry, seasoning to taste and stirring gently but not too often so that the potatoes get all golden and crispy on the outside. while soft and tender on the inside!

Step by step to cook Fried potatoes with bacon:
  1. Microwave potatoes for 7 or 8 minutes.
  2. Add 5-6tbsp of vegetable oil to a pan and wait til heated.
  3. Add potatoes and stir on medium to low setting.
  4. Sprinkle french fry seasoning evenly over potatoes and turn to low heat setting.
  5. While potatoes are getting tender, in a seperate frying pan. Cook bacon.
  6. As soon as potatoes are fork tender (fork goes traight through potatoe) mix in cooked bacon, and some cheese (any kind but i used taco cheese)
  7. Melt cheese into potatoes and stir bacon. Your good to go!!! This stuff is delicious. I do not know the nutritional value of it though.
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Using a slotted spoon, transfer potatoes to a large mixing bowl. Season them with chubritsa, Himalayan salt, paprika & freshly ground black pepper. While onions are cooking, peel potatoes, pat them dry with paper towel and slice them into thick stripes; once onions are ready, add potatoes: Fry the bacon until crisp, remove, set aside to drain on paper towels. Add potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and garlic. Toss to make sure potatoes are covered with drippings.
