  7. Drizzle some olive oil on top of prepared bell peppers, add 1/2 cup water to bottom of cooking pan and cover with foil. If you have left over mix place in a smaller baking dish.
  8. Place in oven for 35 mins. Then remove foil and finish baking for 10 mins.
  9. Done and ready to serve!

Spoon the filling into the peppers, gently pressing it in with. In a small saucepan, prepare rice according to package instructions. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Spray a baking dish that fits the stuffed peppers with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the tops and insides of the bell peppers.
