  13. Take 1 Capsicum - chopped fine
  14. Take 4 cloves Garlic - minced
  15. Take 2 Green chillies - slit lengthwise
  16. Prepare 2 tbsps Tomato Sauce -
  17. Use 2 tsps Soy Sauce -
  18. Use 2 tsps Vinegar -
  19. Take 2 tsps Cornflour water - mixed with 4 tbsps
  20. Take Salt if required
  21. Use Coriander leaves spring onions or for garnish

Then, bring salted water to a boil. Rinse the cauliflower florets and add them to the hot water. Drain and set aside for later. Gobi Manchurian or Cauliflower Manchurian recipe is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made with deep-fried crispy cauliflower, tossed in a spicy tangy Manchurian sauce, and served as a side dish or appetizer.

Step by step to make Gobi Manchurian:
  1. Mix the batter ingredients to get a slightly loose batter
  2. Coat each floret with the batter and deep fry in the oil
  3. Drain on some kitchen towel and set aside
  4. To make the sauce, fry the onions, green chillies, garlic and the capsicum till the onions are golden brown

  9. Add the fried florets to the sauce and toss gently
  10. Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves or spring onions or us a combination of both like I did
  11. Serve hot!
