Ingredients and seasonings required exist in prepare
  1. Prepare Gobi roast covering
  2. Prepare 1 gobi
  3. Prepare 3/4 th cup maida(all purpose flour)
  4. Prepare 0.25 cup corn flour
  5. Prepare 1 tsp chilli powder
  6. Prepare 0.25 tsp coriander powder
  7. Take 0.25 tsp chat masala
  8. Prepare 0.25 tsp kasuri methi
  9. Prepare Crushed pepper
  10. Prepare Salt
  11. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  12. Prepare Gobi Manchurian gravy
  13. Prepare 1 onion
  14. Take 1 capsicum
  15. Prepare 1 inch ginger
  16. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  17. Take 2 green chilli
  18. Prepare 0.25 cup tomato slices
  19. Prepare 5 tsp chilli sauce
  20. Take 2-3 tsp tomato sauce
  21. Prepare 3 tsp soya sauce
  22. Prepare 2 tsp vinegar
  23. Use Salt
  24. Use leaves Coriander
  25. Prepare 3 tsp Oil

Then, bring salted water to a boil. Rinse the cauliflower florets and add them to the hot water. Drain and set aside for later. Gobi Manchurian or Cauliflower Manchurian recipe is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made with deep-fried crispy cauliflower, tossed in a spicy tangy Manchurian sauce, and served as a side dish or appetizer.

Steps to make Gobi Manchurian:
  1. In a bowl take maida + corn flour + chilli powder + ginger garlic paste + coriander powder+ chat masala + Aamchur powder + kasuri methi + salt alibg with little water and mix well without any lumps.
  2. Chop the gobi and boil it in water for 10 minutes. Now mix gobi with the mixture from step 1.
  3. To make gobi Manchurian gravy ; in a pan take 2 tsp oil + ginger + chilli + ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Now add onion and capsicum and sauté in high flame.
  4. Now add chilli sauce + soya sauce + salt + vinegar + tomato sauce and mix well. Also add 1 tsp corn flour mixed in water and boil on high flame.
  5. Now in a dosa pan grease a bit of oil and take each gobi piece immersed in outer covering of step 2 and roast until it turns golden brown
  6. Once you roast the gobi add it to the gravy and sauté for another 5 minutes until it absorbs the gravy. Add coriander leaves for garnish on the top.
  7. Serve it with roti/pulav
  8. Done and ready to serve!
