In a saucepan over medium-high heat melt the butter. Slowly whisk in the hot stock/bouillon cube until smooth. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. In the meantime, cook some potatoes and carrots to serve with the chicken.

  1. In a pan add oil… heat oil and add chicken… fry chicken for 2-3 minutes…take out chicken pieces…

  6. For rice: In a pot add water and salt… bring it to boil now add rice and cook until rice cooked strain rice with a strainer… now cover and simmer for 2 minutes…rice is ready…
  7. For salad : cut all veggies on cubes…. now sprinkle black pepper and lemon juice on it… mix well.. salad is ready…
  8. Done and ready to serve!
