  1. Prepare 500 grams chicken pieces
  2. Prepare 2 tsp chilly powder

  1. Mix chicken with chilly powder,garlic powder and salt .
  2. Beat egg white and keep aside
  3. Combine flour,crushed cornflakes and salt (to taste) add (crushed chilly if u need the chicken to be more spicy.)
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Coat each chiken piece with egg white then in the mix( cornflakes,flour ad salt)
  6. Deep fry in oil…till golden brown colour…y
  7. You can have it with any sauces..
  8. Done and ready to serve!
