Ingredients and seasonings required in prepare
  1. Prepare 500 gm Basmati rice:-

Add the rice, soy sauce and salt, and mix well. Spread onto a baking tray and chill overnight (this will stop the rice grains sticking together). Add egg and swirl pan so that it forms a thin omelette. Add rice and stir fry for a few minutes.

How to make Prawn Fried Rice:
