Toss beef with the garlic mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Remove beef and add bell pepper to the pan. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.

  1. In a bowl, combine steak strips w/ the marinade ingredients. Let marinade for about 20 min. In a large skillet over med high heat, mix 1 tbs olive oil & 1 tbs butter. When butter is melted, add potatoes & broccoli, cook 4 min. Stir and cook another 4 min until potatoes are fork tender. Transfer to a plate- set aside
  2. In same skillet, add remaining 2tbs of butter, garlic & red chilli flakes and herbs. Lay steak in even layer on top (do not throw away marinade). Cook steak about 1 min per side.
  3. Stir in marinade with potato mixture and let cook 1 min. Add s&p to your liking. Remove from heat & serve.
  4. Done and ready to serve!
