- Prepare Fresh parsley
- Take 2 cups egg noodles (add a little more for a thicker soup or if you like more noodles)
- Use Fresh shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Prepare Garlic bread for serving
Add butter and cream of chicken soup. Cut remaining onion and celery into chunks; place in a Dutch oven. Add the water, chicken, salt and pepper. Remove chicken and strain broth; set both aside.

- Bring to a Boil chicken broth, carrots, soup vegetables, garlic, chicken and veg boullion, and pepper. Boil on medium for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

- Place shredded chicken in the mixture and add the wine. Cook for about 5 minutes.
