Add milk and whisk until thick and smooth. A traditional béchamel sauce is made by whisking hot milk into a simple flour-butter roux. How to make Rice with bechamel:
  1. Heat the oil, stir fry the onion first then add the minced beef. Fry it further.
  2. Add peas and carrot. Fry it further.

  4. Leave it on a medium heat until fully cooked.
  5. Now prepare the bechamel sauce.. melt the butter then add flour and chicken borth cube.. stir until it changes color.

  12. Pour the rest of bechamel.. spread well.
  13. Blend an egg then put on the top of bechamel.
  14. Now sprinkle bread crumbs on the egg.
  15. Put it in preheat oven for about 45 minutes.
  16. Done and ready to serve!

Melt the butter in a large pan over low-medium heat. Add the flour whisking continuously to make a paste. Add warmed milk in small batches, whisking continuously in order to prevent your sauce from getting lumpy. If the sauce still needs to thicken, boil over low heat whilst continuing to stir. If your bechamel sauce is too thick, add in some more milk until you reach the consistency you want.
