  15. Prepare Srirarcha hot chilli Sauce (Vietnamnese'x or Thai's brand)
  16. Use COOKING SAUCE:
  17. Prepare 1 tbs Indonesian sweet ABC Soy Sauce
  18. Prepare 1 tbs Savoury Thin Soy sauce
  19. Use 1 tbs Hoisin sauce
  20. Prepare 1 tbs Mirin or Sweet Rice Wine for cooking only
  21. Prepare 2 fresh Red chili de seeded, chopped finely
  22. Take leaf Garnished: some Parsley
  23. Prepare Cold drink Lemon, Lime & Bitters of Bundaberg
  24. Prepare Indonesian Green Tea

Add the sherry and allow to almost evaporate before adding any meat you are using and cooked noodles. Toss so that all of the ingredients are combined.   3. In a wok put 3 tbs oil, add onions, garlic then Shanghai cabbage, add red/green capsicums, carrots, celery, tomatoes and mix. Add 1 tbs thin Savoury Soya sauce and toss for 3'-4'.
  4. Then put back the half cooked noodles and the cooked Pork, season to taste, lastly add 2 tsp Sesame oil and toss well.
  5. Transfer to individual plates: put parsley leaf on top as garnish. To serve with Srirarcha hot chili sauce and with a drink, a glass of cold Lemon, Lime & Bitters of Bundaberg or a cup of Indonesian Green tea with cubed iced. 😙🍝🍷🍻🍸
