- Pour the mixture into a mould, and rest for 15 minutes. refrigerate for 1 hour or until the jelly sets completely. cut into the cubes and leaves the jelly cubes in same mould and put them back again in refrigerator.
- 🌻how to make tapioca Pearl: firstly, in a large saucepan take 4 cups water and ¼ cup tapioca. make sure to rinse the tapioca well remove excess starch. boil the tapioca for 10 minutes or until it turns soft. drain off the water and rinse with cold water. finally,tapioca are ready. keep aside.
- 🌻how to soak Basil seeds: In a bowl take 2 tsp Basil seeds soak in 1 cup water for 15 minutes or until the Basil seeds swells up completely. after 15 minutes, the Basil seeds would have turned jelly texture.
