  7. Prepare 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  9. Use 1 lb Rotini or wide egg noodles; cooked

Add sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve on Chow Mein Noodles, egg noodles or rice. Stir in sour cream; cook until heated through. If desired, top with chopped fresh parsley.

How to make:process Ground Beef Stroganoff:
  1. Dissolve bullion cube in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Brown ground chuck. Drain .
  3. In 10 or 12 inch skillet, sauté onions in 1 tablespoon butter. Remove onions and set aside.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon butter to skillet. Brown flour. Add ketchup, onions, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Add bouillon and ground beef; let thicken.
  6. When ready to serve, add sour cream to sauce and serve over hot cooked noodles.
  7. Done and ready to serve!

Stir in egg noodles and return to a boil. Drain ground beef to remove excess grease from pan. Put pan back on stove over medium heat (don't add the ground beef back in yet.)
