- Prepare Mashed Potato
- Prepare 1 kg potato/kentang
- Prepare 2 tbsp unsalted butter/mentega

- Use 1 salt & pepper/garam & merica
- Use Gravy Sauce
- Take 1/4 kg minced beef/daging giling
- Use 1 tbsp butter/mentega
- Prepare 1/4 clove sliced shallot/red onion/irisan bawang merah
- Prepare 2 tbsp flour/tepung terigu
- Prepare 3 tbsp worcesters sauce/kecap inggris
- Use 1/2 liter water/air
- Take 1 salt & pepper/garam & merica
- Use 2 tbsp barbeque sauce (additional)/(jika mau)
Put the chickpea flour and the nutritional yeast into a small pot. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two. Add sausages and cook, turning, until browned as much as possible all over and cooked through.
How to make Mashed Potato with Gravy Sauce (in english & bahasa):
- Boil potato until cooked, peel them/Rebus kentang sampai matang, lalu kupas
- Mash potato/Lembutkan kentang
- Put butter, mix well/Masukan mentega, aduk hingga rata
- Also put egg and powder milk, mix well/Juga masukan telur dan susu bubuk, aduk hingga rata
- Cook and whisk in a fry pan with a low heat for 5 minutes/Masak sambil diaduk dalam penggorengan selama 5 menit
- For the gravy sauce, melt butter in a fry pan, in a low heat/ Untuk gravy sauce-nya, lelehkan mentega pada penggorengan, di atas api kecil
- Put sliced shallot/red onion, cook until it smells good/Masukan irisan bawang merah, masak sampai harum
- Put the minced beef, cook until browned/Masukan daging giling, masak sampai kecokelatan
- Pour the flour slowly until it mixed well with the minced beef and also browned/Tuangkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit, sampai tercampur daging giling dengan baik dan berwarna kecokelatan
- Put the worcesters sauce/Masukan kecap inggris
- Put the water, whisk until mixed well, still in a low heat/Masukan air, aduk hingga merata, masih di atas api kecil
- Add salt & pepper to taste/Tambahkan garam & merica secukupnya
- Add a barbeque sauce, if you want/Tambahkan barbeque sauce, jika mau
- Serve mashed potato as a side dish, pour the gravy sauce on top of it/Sajikan mashed potato sebagai makan penyerta, siram gravy sauce di atasnya

Be careful not to over-boil them. Thoroughly drain the potatoes and place them back in the empty pot set over very low heat just to maintain warmth. While still hot, place the potatoes in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix until the potatoes are mashed but not completely smooth. Serve hot with gravy on the side.
