  1. Prepare 6 boiled potatos
  2. Prepare 3 medium green chillies finely chopped
  3. Take 1 salt to taste
  4. Prepare 1/3 tsp red chilli powder or to taste
  5. Prepare 1 packages knorr or maggie noodles any flavour (i use knorr chatkhara flavour)
  6. Prepare 1 oil for shallow frying
  7. Prepare 2 medium green onions chopped (only green part) or u can add or minimize according to ur liking
  8. Prepare 1 small red onion chopped
  9. Prepare 2 eggs beaten

Bring to a boil; cook until potatoes are soft and tender. Add salt, garam masala, coriander powder, pepper, and cilantro. Grease it with a little oil. Cook noodle cutlets from both sides until golden red.

How to make:process Fried Noodle Potato Cutlets:
  1. Boil potatoes n mash them finely.
  2. Boil noodles in a seperate pan for 5mins or untill tender, without adding its flavouring sachet during boiling. Keep that flavouring sachet aside.
  3. After noodles are ready,stain them n let them cool down for 5-6 mins. In the mean time their water will also be drained.
  4. In the mean time,add all ingredients in mashed potatoes except noodles n mix them with hand properly. Also add the flavouring sachet of noodles in potatoes in this step.
  5. When all ingredients n potatoes are finely mashed n mixed,then add noodles in them n again mix properly.
  6. Make medium patties of the mixture. First dip in beaten egg, then dip in bread crumbs n then shallow fry them.
  7. Serve with anything like ketchup or whatever u like. It is one of the best potato side dishes.
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Then I started shaping the cutlets and dipped one into the bread-crumbs. But after a test fry, I decided to mix the breadcrumbs into the mix and then shape them. Like I said, this was my test fry cutlet and many flakes of breadcrumbs and noodles broke off into the oil. When the oil is heated, add the potato cutlets one at a time and fry over medium heat, not high, as they will darken quickly. Cook the potato cutlets in batches until they are golden brown and thoroughly done.
