  1. Use 1/2 lb raw shrimp,peeled and deveined

  6. Prepare 2 1/4 tbsp thai red curry paste
  7. Prepare 3/4 tbsp light brown sugar (or full tbs if u still find it too spicy)
  8. Prepare 2 tsp fish sauce
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup water
  10. Use Green onions (for garnish)

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the curry paste and stir-fry for a minute. Stir fry until the green beans are starting to get tender. Bring the water to boil and add the shrimps.

How to cook Thai Shrimp and Green Bean Curry:
  1. In a saucepan, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. (About 2 min)
  2. Add the curry paste, fish sauce and brown sugar. Cook together for 1 min.
  3. Pour in water, stir until the curry paste has dissolved (should be sauce consistency now)
  4. Add your green beans and shredded carrots and cook 3-4 min.
  5. Add your shrimp, stir together and allow to cook for about 5 min until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  6. Serve over brown or white rice, Garnish with sliced green onion.
  7. Done and ready to serve!

As soon as the shrimps are cooked, add the coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar, zucchinis and red bell peppers. Turn off the heat and add the chopped cilantro. Add Thai Green Curry Paste, Kosher salt, Coconut Milk, Coconut Sugar, Fish Sauce, and Lime Juice. Bring it to a quick boil and add shrimps. Add vegetable oil into the pan and use medium heat.
