To make this dish par boiled cauliflower florets are coated in a spiced batter and deep fried. These crispy florets are then covered with a sweet and spicy Chinese gravy adapted to Indian tastes. For the Cauliflower Manchurian dry Wash the cauliflower in regular water and chop them into bite size florets. Take the flours in a bowl, mix all of them together, along with salt, ginger chili paste.
