  1. Use 4 lb Stew Beef

  6. Use 8 oz Whole Milk
  7. Prepare 1 lb Egg noodles; cooked

  9. Prepare 1 small amount of Paprika
  10. Prepare 1 small amount of Butter

Use cornstarch mixed with water to thiken as needed. Sprinkle the meat with the salt and pepper and set aside. Gradually pour in the beef stock, stirring and cooking until thickened and smooth. Pour in the beef broth and stir until smooth.

Instructions to make Beef Stroganoff (Sour Cream Free):
  1. Pan fry beef in a BIG pan/ wok add a little butter and sprinkle with paprika while browning.
