  13. Use 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  15. Use 1 tsp sugar
  16. Prepare 3-4 tbsp warer
  17. Use leaves Coriander

Then, bring salted water to a boil. Rinse the cauliflower florets and add them to the hot water. Drain and set aside for later. Gobi Manchurian or Cauliflower Manchurian recipe is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made with deep-fried crispy cauliflower, tossed in a spicy tangy Manchurian sauce, and served as a side dish or appetizer.

How to make Gobi manchurian:
  1. Clean of gobi and cut the florets to medium size.
  2. Heat up the oil for deep frying on a medium heat.
  3. Meanwhile make the batter by adding corn flour,maida,red chilli powder, block pepper and salt to a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix and add water little by little as needed and make a free flowing lump free batter.
  5. Then add the gobi florets to the batter in batches,coat them well.
  6. When the oil turns hot enough,check by dropping a small amount of batter to the hot oil.
  7. Pick up each cauliflower floret with a fingers drop them one by one to the hot oil.
  8. Reduce the flame to medium and fry until the florets turn golden and crisp.keep stirring in between for even frying.
  9. Drain them to a kitchen tissue or a steel colander.coating them well and frying the in hot oil until crisp.
  10. Heat oil in a wide pan.when the oil turns hot,add garlic paste,ginger paste green chillies saute for a 2 minutes.
  11. Then add onions & capsicum saute them on a high flame for a minute.
  12. Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,red chilli paste and sugar.
  13. Mix and add water.Mix and cook stirring and add pepper.
  14. Cook on a medium heat until the sauce thickens.Turn off the stove and check the taste.
  15. Allow the sauce to cool for 1 to 2 mins.
  16. Add the fried cauliflower and stir gently to coat and gobi well with the manchurian sauce.garnish gobi manchurian with coriander leaves.
  17. Serve immediately as a side noodles or fried rice.
  18. Done and ready to serve!
