  18. Prepare 1 tsp mustard powder
  19. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  20. Take to taste Salt
  21. Prepare 1tbsp Butter milk water - curd
  22. Take 1 tsp ciba pani puri masala
  23. Prepare 1 tbsp mint, coriander, and green chilli paste
  24. Prepare to taste Salt

Making Pani: Take panipuri masala in a bowl. Pour one and a half glass of water to it. Add a half teaspoon of sugar (optional). Squeeze chopped coriander and mint leaves to it.
