  1. Prepare 2 cups Basmati Rice

Instructions to make Vegetable Fried Rice:
  1. Soak the rice in water for 30 mins. Than cook the rice in boiling water with 2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil. When 3/4 cooked drain the water and keep the rice aside.
  2. In a wok take 3 tbsp oil and put garlic in it. Saute for a minute. Then add all vegetables (carrot, cabbage, capsicum) and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt as taste and blackpepper and toss.
  3. Than add the rice and mix well. And put it on steam for 5-10 minutes. serve hot.
  4. Done and ready to serve!
